Simple, Affordable Pricing Plans

Cortex provides three packages: Cortex for support groups and small care organisations, Cortex for medium social care organisations. Cortex Plus is an add-on package for organisations. Fees for large organisations with multiple service centres or homes are discussed on a one to one basis.

 

*Small – employ fewer than 6 persons and care for fewer than 100 service users per year.
*Medium – employ fewer than 100 persons and care for fewer than 2000 service users per year.

One Time Set-Up Fee

A custom quotation for a one time set up fee will be provided. The fee will cover any data importation from previously used systems or records, an organisation-specific url domain, training and assistance in setting up Cortex for your organisation or school and guidance and assistance in setting up the record templates.

Six Weeks Free Trial

Make use of a full six (6) week free trial of Cortex. We will create your own organisation’s Cortex instance which you can use to explore and experiment. Any report templates, users and departments you create will be kept for you to use should you decide to purchase Cortex.
